| Quite frankly, I would not recommend this company to anyone. Poor Attitudes! I battled a gambling problem for quite some time and not ashamed of it. I am very happy to say that I quit gambling, although it was tough, I did it! It is unfortunate that this company had to bring suit against me. However, we did not have to go to court because we met an amicable agreement. I have made my payments to them monthly. But when I bring my payment in, they do not even so much as extend a greeting, a mere hello, how are you? I suppose after months of this treatment I had enough, so today when I brought my payment, and again no cordial greeting, I stated "when you have to sue someone it doesnot even warrant a hello when you walk through the door." And Mary just sort of chuckled, and Mena just ignored me as always. People make mistakes and I do not think I should be treated this way! Oh, Mary did want to know if she should set me up for next month at the same time. Ordinarily I would have said when, but I replied I don't know...Mary replied Whatever huh? So unprofessional! I will be mailing my payment in from now on to avoid their extremely unpleasant attitudes. I strongy recommend American General, they are very pleasant and treat you with respect, no matter what the circumstances are! |
